The Sr. Manager, Patient Support is responsible for managing all aspects of Radius patient support programs. This means responsibility for the day-to-day operations of these programs and the development, implementation, and optimization of these programs. This includes hub, Clinical Educator Network, and the patient assistance program (“patient support services”). The Sr. manager will implement the strategy for ensuring excellent service for Radius patients and HCP customers. This includes leading all partner teams to execute programs, track performance and guide continuous improvement.

Radius is also developing an abaloparatide transdermal patch for potential use as a treatment for patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.

The Director of Clinical Operations and Records Management will provide direct management and leadership for individuals in the records management team. This individual will report to the Head of Clinical Operations and has high visibility within the research and development organization. This role may be in the Boston or Philadelphia area.

The Director/Sr Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for clinical trial management oversight activities to the early clinical development pipeline across all therapeutic areas of development at Radius Health, Inc. The job scope includes phase I/Ib/II clinical studies as well as clinical pharmacology studies. The Director is responsible for managing functional aspects of clinical studies including Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and Phase I unit selection, management and oversight. The incumbent will ensure all assigned operational trial deliverables are met according to timelines, budget, operational procedures, quality standards, SOPs and business guidelines. This role may be in the Boston or Philadelphia areas.
The Sr. Business Analyst, Reporting & Forecasting is responsible for commercial performance measurement, developing and managing forecast models for in-line/pipeline brands and BD opportunities, and ad hoc data reporting at a national level. The role coordinates cross-functionally with Commercial leaders, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and other relevant functions.
This role will supply business insights and performance metrics, such as new patients, new prescription conversion rate, adherence, persistency, total patients, etc., to Marketing, Sales and Market Access leaders to enable them to assess the effectiveness of resource deployment and commercial tactics. The role will be responsible for regularly reporting the key commercial business performance metrics to critical stakeholders across the organization. The role will develop flexible data forecasting models for in-line and pipeline products and supply timely and accurate demand forecasting data to downstream business partners. Responsible for ad hoc business analytics and reporting to support critical strategic projects on an as needed basis.
The Associate Director of Field Analytics, Reporting and Incentive Compensation is responsible for providing insights and analytics support for sales management and/or internal management based upon agreed to KPI’s and strategic initiatives. This role will lead the development and delivery of best-in-class reporting focused on the facilitation of outstanding field performance. The Associate Director will also lead the development, management, and communication of all Radius field-based incentive compensation programs. The Associate Director will lead the incentive compensation payout process as well as perform essential budget management and plan effectiveness analyses and manage all vendor projects and the associated budgets.

The Director/Senior Director, GCP Quality Assurance (level depends on candidate's experience) applies knowledge, expertise and experience in the principles and applications of GCP, GLP, GVP and ICH guidelines. The incumbent will have the responsibility to serve as a subject matter expert to ensure quality and regulatory compliance related to GCPs, pharmacovigilance, and other related activities performed by Medical/Clinical Departments are met. The incumbent will provide leadership and promote collaboration to ensure all systems, processes and their outcomes are compliant with GCP guidelines, and applicable international and national standards, regulations and guidelines. Act as a Radius representative during regulatory agency inspections and vendor audits.

We are currently recruiting a Medical Director, Pharmacovigilance who will manage and oversee the company’s pharmacovigilance processes. The Medical Director will participate in oversight of all post-marketing and clinical safety and pharmacovigilance activities. Will ensure timely, consistent, and accurate safety reporting in accordance with ICH guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
This position is a member of the Capital, Strategy, and Transactions Group (CST). This group reports directly to the CEO. CST is a recently formed cross functional team that integrates the following functions: financial modeling and analytics, capital structure and balance sheet management, investor relations, banking and analyst interactions, business development, and alliance/project management.
This Radius Health Accountant role is responsible for supporting the close process through account analysis, performance of control activities, and accounting support for segments of the business in a high-performance environment. Additionally, the role will support the Controller and Accounting Manager for financial reporting activities.
The incumbent will be responsible for global pharmacovigilance for the Radius marketed and/or investigational products assigned to him/her, including review and analysis of safety data from clinical trials and from post-marketing sources, providing medical expertise to assigned project teams, the identification and investigation of safety signals, management of benefit-risk profile for assigned products and review of aggregate reports. Responsible for keeping upper management informed of safety issues. This is a critical role to ensure safety of patients taking Radius investigational and marketed products. May be assigned work of a more complex nature or a global product that is marketed with risk management programs.
The Director, Regulatory Affairs will develop and implement effective regulatory and related strategies for the development and commercialization of Radius products. The individual will ensure adequate planning and accurate data for the earliest possible approvals of products, taking into account both U.S. and international regulatory requirements, and provides regulatory expertise and guidance to Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, Scientific, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders.
The Director, Regulatory Affairs also ensures that there is labeling input in the implementation of regulatory strategies and liaises with regulatory team members in evolving submission and negotiation plans and formulates regulatory labeling strategies for implementation of new and revised prescribing information.
The Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs liaises with Sr. regulatory staff to develop and implement effective regulatory and related strategies for the development and commercialization of Radius products. The individual will ensure adequate planning and accurate data for the earliest possible approvals of products, taking into account both U.S. and international regulatory requirements, and provides regulatory expertise and guidance to Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, Scientific, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders. The Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs also ensures that there is regulatory input into clinical development plans and clinical trials consistent with the global regulatory strategy for assigned products.
The AssociateDirector,CMC Regulatory - Devices will develop and implement Global Regulatory and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Regulatory strategies for products, including drug/device combination products and companion diagnostics, from development through marketing approval for the US, EU and other markets. The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory leadership, preparation and support of US BLA and NDA regulatory submissions, and ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and standards, with focus on CMC and with specific expertise in the device component of submissions and on drug/device combination product requirements.
Primarily responsible for inventory and standard costing of activities related to our manufacturing operations. Major responsibilities include developing and maintaining product and standard costs, calculating overheads, operational analysis and inventory valuation. This includes month-end financial closing, reconciliations and reporting.
Radius Health, Inc. is seeking a GMP Quality Assurance Manager with experience in supporting GMP operations and compliance for solid dosage and/or drug/device combination products in accord with FDA CFR Part 4, 210 and 211, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU GMP Volume 4, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ICH Q7, Q8, Q9 and Q10; performing in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
The incumbent will have responsibility to ensure that all quality management functions are maintained according to GMP requirements. The incumbent will execute Quality Assurance and quality system activities with a focus on Radius’ late-phase development and commercial products, ensuring consistent application of cGMPs. Specifically, s/he will have responsibilities for execution of quality systems related to complaint management, complaint investigations, CAPA and deviation management and change management.
