The Commercial IT Program Manager oversees the full project management life cycle for large, strategic projects managing activities across vendors as well as managing the implementation of smaller, tactical projects. Larger projects will require shepherding through PMO stage gates and will include management of outside vendors and staff from other departments to deliver project milestones. Smaller, tactical projects will require hands-on project management. For all projects, full transition to IT Operations will need to be defined and achieved.

    • Translate technical information and requirements into qualification/validation test design
    • Cross Functional Role, Hands-on role

They will engage with various stakeholders for assigned operational business events or minor application changes to provide analysis, testing, and ongoing support across the Radius environment. This individual will ensure that “best practices” in interface design and development are followed.

The Application Services Manager Research & Development is accountable for the support of all technology solutions within the R&D functional IT domain with a keen focus on Development systems (i.e. Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, eTMF, Regulatory). The Application Services Manager ensures the day to day operational activities are running as expected. This person will also manage all software vendors for this functional IT domain, and they will ensure the services being provided by the outsource provider(s) are consistently meeting OLA’s and SLA’s. Work with Software Partners to understand roadmaps and release management as well as owning the license management for these vendors. They also engage with the business areas within their functional domain to support operational business events and any associated minor application changes.
