The Senior Analyst, Commercial Forecasting & Reporting will be responsible for supporting critical business analytics needs, including but not limited to building and maintaining the short-term commercial forecast model as well as commercial performance reporting.  Develop the commercial forecasting strategy and approach for the abaloparatide franchise and will assist in creating a dynamic and comprehensive model that allows for flexibility to incorporate market events, internal strategic imperatives, and other critical business drivers impacting the forward-looking forecast.  Responsible for translating results from the model into strategic implications for a wide variety of stakeholders including the Capital, Strategy, & Transactions team, Commercial leadership, Supply Chain, Finance etc.  In addition, the individual will assist with reporting of key commercial business performance metrics as well as preparing ad hoc analytics/reporting to support critical strategic projects on an as needed basis.  This individual would be expected to assume broader and deeper responsibility within the Business Intelligence and Digital group as tenure progresses.

The Software Support Manager role is accountable for the support of all technology solutions that support the Finance / HR / Legal functions.  This role will ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected. The Director, Purchasing and Payables  is a newly created position within the Radius Finance organization with oversight of the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams. The role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Radius Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and provide oversight of daily purchasing and payable activities. The focus will be to get up to speed quickly on company processes and our Oracle ERP platform in order to provide support for the teams as they execute transactions in alignment with established company policies. Additional focus will be to lead the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements and performance metrics. This position will also help serve as an escalation point to field questions and resolve issues for business stakeholders and key vendors. This position will report directly to Controller.

The Director,CMC Regulatory Affairs will develop and implement Global Regulatory and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Regulatory strategies for products, including drug/device combination products, from development through life-cycle management for the US, EU and other markets.  The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory leadership, preparation and support of clinical trial and marketing applications, and ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and standards, with focus on CMC and with specific expertise in the device component of submissions and on drug/device combination product requirements. Regulatory affairs experience in orphan, fast track, pediatric designation(s) and 505(b) within the preferred therapeutics indications of psychiatry, neurology or neurodevelopment disorders is strongly desired
