Reporting to the Senior Director, Medical Communications, this position will be a contributing to the medical information function within Medical Affairs. The role will ensure processing of timely, accurate, and balanced responses to unsolicited requests for medical information related to Radius assets in osteoporosis and oncology, in collaboration with other medical affairs functions and a Medical Information Customer Call Center.
The individual in this role will develop and update standard response letters as needed and ensure their formal review and approval; provide medical information training to Radius employees and Medical Information Customer Call Center specialists; and provide medical information summary reports to Radius senior leadership.
