The Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Incentive Compensation will play the lead role in the development and delivery of best-in-class reports and insights focused on the facilitation of outstanding field performance.
The incumbent will also manage the Radius incentive compensation process from plan development to payment on an ongoing basis.
