    Job Summary:

    The Digital Support Analyst / Website Developer will provide project leadership in both the internal and external digital communications programs for Radius Health. Providing project support to business functions to implement the external social strategy to enable digital/social engagement throughout the organization. This role will assist in building a strategic digital outreach strategy to include content creation for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. This role will also maintain multiple corporate websites and the corporate intranet.

     

    Responsibilities

    Essential Responsibilities:

     

    • Works with internal teams to define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for digital projects
    • Digital projects include production website design and development, maintenance of corporate websites, company intranet and social media design.
    • Project management for all digital projects
    • Coordination and communication with internal and external partners engaged in delivering our product
    • Deliver on the key technical aspects of the development process for website and intranet delivery, email delivery, creation of social media channels, etc.
    • Assists in planning and execution of the digital outreach strategies within the context of a larger communications strategy
    • Identifies, works with and explains social media analytics to the team
    • Creates relevant, effective digital content that is aligned with the Radius story and the targeted audience
    • Assists in the creation of the digital presence of Radius to include the use of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Exchange, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram paid campaigns
    • Works with Radius’ third-party agencies and suppliers to jointly scope, manage and deliver campaigns when appropriate
    • Maintain and update Vimeo and YouTube channels and provide analytics to business functions

     

    Qualifications

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, public relations, communications, website design and development, advertising or creative writing or similar area required
    • At least 3-5 years of professional experience directly related to website design and/or development
    • Proven experience with strategic digital outreach including content creation for Twitter and LinkedIn
    • At least 1-2 years of experience working as a developer using WordPress and familiarity with the plugins such as: Media File Manager, Contact Form 7, Yoast SEO, Akismet Anti-Spam, Google Analytics for WordPress, Redirection, WP Mail, WP RSS Aggregator
    • Experience performing security updates to WordPress core and plugins
    • Working knowledge of the Azure Development Environment
    • Experience using code repositories such as GitHub
    • Familiarity in using automation systems using software such as Jenkins and Octupus Deploy
    • Strong understanding of Web User Interface Design (UI), Cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
    • Experience with responsive design in support of various digital device delivery
    • Graphic design experience using Adobe tools (Photoshop or Dreamweaver)
    • Proficient knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP is required
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve in a timely manner
    • SharePoint experience is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to multi-task several distinct projects and/or activities
    • Proven experience with strategic digital outreach including content creation for blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, mobile apps, etc. and search engine optimization (SEO)
