    Job Summary:

    The Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analytics (R&A) is responsible for providing insights and analytics support for sales management and/or internal management based upon agreed to KPI’s and Strategic Initiatives. This role will function as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership and their team to proactively identify critical business drivers and opportunities and develop recommendations to guide strategy. An ideal candidate for this role will have experience developing insights by building and analyzing diverse sets of data, an ability to build an analysis-problem frame with end customer, and an ability to communicate the insights behind the numbers


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate within R&A and across Commercial Operations, Information Technology functions (Data, Governance, Analytics) and other work streams
    • Ensure data alignment, consistent reporting, and a focus on improving and building out new capabilities
    • Support data validation activities as required
    • Perform ad-hoc analyses and insight development in support of current and future strategic initiatives
    • Data management and manual report creation
    • Partner within R&A and across Sales, Marketing and Finance in driving key KPIs and advanced analytics and insights in support of annual business plan development, including sales forecast development for both in-line and New Product Introductions (NPI), Cost To Serve reporting and provide objective weekly/monthly/quarter tracking and reporting of stated objectives and business goals


    Experience and Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain) is required, an MBA is preferred
    • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant business, analytics and insight development experience is required
    • Proven success working in complex, highly matrixed, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required
    • Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, market research or modeling (including working with predictive models, clustering, segmentation, multivariate regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.) is preferred
    • Advanced analytics and data visualization skills (Qlik, Tableau, R, SAS) and/or consulting experience is preferred
    • The successful candidate should have a strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain or operations is preferred
    • The successful candidate should have strong collaboration skills, close attention to details, able to influence without authority, and have an innovative mindset is preferred
    • Proven ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value is required
    • The successful candidate should have solid problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills is preferred
