The Contractor Administrator will be responsible for facilitating the prompt and accurate payments related to Radius’ Commercial Agreements with Specialty Pharmacies and Managed Care Organizations (Commercial and Medicare Part D) ensuring key procedures and tasks are followed and completed.


Specialty Pharmacy Evaluation and Managed Care Rebate Agreement Payment Preparation and Review:

  • Review invoices ensuring consistency with fully executed Agreements
  • If applicable, coordinate the confirmation of reported AEs with Radius’ Pharmacovigilance Team to ensure proper payment is made.
  • Support invoice processing, tracking, reporting and coordinate tracking and review of available funding for making payments.
  • Track and assist with the management of the payment process to ensure accurate and within the contractual timeframe.
  • Confirm, support and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Review documentation provided by vendor to progress payments and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Track available funding to ensure levels are appropriate and are within approved parameters.
  • Interaction with vendor(s) on a frequent and/or daily basis as required.
  • Maintain reporting of all invoice, payment and reconciliation documentation.
  • Trouble shoot issues that arise related to payments.
  • Support invoice processing, tracking, reporting and coordinate tracking and review of available funding for making payments.
  • Interaction with vendor(s) on frequent and/or daily basis to have visibility into status and progress related to payment processing.


  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work independently as well as with a team, possess strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Effectively interact with various key internal and external stakeholders as needed (i.e. Commercial Operations, Finance, Market Access, etc.) and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of applicable internal and external processes within a short time period.
  • Flexibility with schedule during peak processing times.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, systems and processes.
  • Ability to stay focused and willingness to adjust to frequently changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply learned concepts to other situations, be flexible and possess problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with Finance, Account Directors, Market Access, Commercial Contracting teams and Radius’ selected vendor to confirm or request information necessary for invoice processing (i.e. plan eligibility, formulary validation, etc.)
    • Support key internal Radius and vendor contacts to:
    •  Develop and finalize Specialty Pharmacy Scorecard

    • Provide summary information to Account Director on a bi-monthly basis
    • Schedule and facilitate monthly review meeting related to the evaluation of Performance Measures with internal stakeholders and management.
  • Assist with the development and ongoing reporting needs related to Specialty Pharmacy and Managed Care Rebate Agreements and associated payments on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis.



  • A four-year college degree or business experience equivalent is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Contract Operations in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically specialty pharmacy and managed care, is preferred.
  • Organized, driven with high attention to detail
  • Highly accountable, and holds stakeholders and vendors to high levels of accountability
  • Proficient skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
