The Human Resources Business Partner  will provide day to day and strategic human resources support to a variety of client groups. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy and execution. We are looking for a HR Partner who thrives on a fast pace, wants to build an organization and can apply practicality with process. We are looking for that balance of collaborative style and the judgment to be able to make decisions and move forward.


  • Support the organization as we build and staff teams; assess, identify and develop critical talent; develop accountability; and create an effective environment.
  • Provide day to day support to the Waltham site, and support the Parsippany, NJ site and staff as needed.
  • Help build a responsive and insightful HR function that is a true partner to business leaders.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and coach to the leadership teams, managers and colleagues on all human resources and people management issues.
  • Create effective and strong business relationships with internal clients.
  • Work to build the Radius employment brand in the market.
  • Responsible for guiding the organization through performance management, talent management and other similar practices and to build these practices in the growing organization.
  • Lead HR projects across the organization.




  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience with a significant portion in biotech or pharma; experience supporting a corporate site and R&D organization as an HR partner is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in all areas of human resources with a strong focus on recruitment, change management, organizational development, and creating and building HR programs in startup in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding client service orientation.
  • A proven ability to be hands-on partner as comfortable in the day to day needs of an organization as managing the strategic issues.
  • The ability to navigate multiple and quickly changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be a creative problem solver who is detailed oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships as well as influence employees at all levels. Strong team player.
  • Ability to travel as required.
