 The Interface Analyst is accountable for assisting in the support of technology solutions; ensuring the day-to-day IT operational activities are running as expected. This position works closely with Application Services Managers (ASMs) as well as external IT partners, 3rd party vendors, and business users. This position will have responsibility across all functional areas of Radius IT Support (Commercial, Finance, Medical, etc.). They will engage with various stakeholders for assigned operational business events or minor application changes to provide analysis, testing, and ongoing support across the Radius environment. This individual will ensure that “best practices” in interface design and development are followed.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develops strategies for warehouse implementation, data integration, and data security. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of fields, concepts, and practices including; data architecture, ETL, database platform and physical infrastructure. This individual is also responsible for applying corporate standards and industry best practices to the databases within the data warehouse environment, and documenting the standards used, and configuration details of the data warehouse environment.
  • Review daily MDM reject reports, determine root cause, and complete related follow up actions to ensure correct data processing
  • Responsible for maintaining and coordinating MDM List of Value (LOV) updates
  • Responsible for user administration of Compass (field training application)
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with team members, business users, and vendors in defining, designing, developing, testing and implementing technology solutions to resolve production support issues and enhance Radius applications; responsible for the documentation of requirements, test case documentation and test case execution when identified
  • Research, triage, and/or work with others to resolve production support issues reported for IT applications
  • Ability to build testing and implementation project plans with detailed tasks and appropriate estimates
  • Analyze interface specifications from both sending and receiving systems to determine feasibility and interface methodology 
  • Work with end-users and project teams to analyze and document data and workflow processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of application policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements for existing and new interfaces
  • Create new work instructions as needed
  • Follow Radius incident, request, and change management processes
  • Be a key contact for IT working with outsourced vendors to ensure needs are met; act as Radius Integration Lead for Live Integrations
  • Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments

 

 

                          **This role does requires some travel between sites (Wayne, PA, Waltham, MA and Parsippany, NJ)**

 

 

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with information systems technology, IT development and application support
  • Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Configuration and Major Incident Management
  • Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional analytical and process improvement
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple issues at one time with exceptional follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable when dealing with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience with Reltio Master Data Management, Tableau Reporting, SQL, relational databases (such as Maria DB) are a plus
  • Familiarity with Commercial pharmaceutical data; customer master, field roster, field activity, sales data, targeting and alignment, etc. is a plus
