Director/Sr. Director Compliance will be the main contact and compliance lead for commercial organization within Radius. Responsibilities include assisting in the development, implementation and management of Radius Health, Inc.’s corporate compliance program, with an emphasis on developing, implementing and monitoring corporate policies and procedures and related training programs. Responsibilities would also include conducting internal investigations.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary including the ability to advise, counsel and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The candidate must possess sound, practical judgment in the interpretation and application of relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and company policies. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Willingness to take initiative, being proactive and good organizations skills are a must. Diplomacy and persuasion used in obtaining cooperation for policy implementation and enforcement is also required. Appropriate handling of confidential information and the discretion to work on sensitive matters, including internal investigations, are also essential. Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer.
